Obituary of James David Rand

James David Rand, Dad, Son, Pape was born in Spokane, WA on May 11, 1961. Jim passed away in Spokane, WA on May 23, 2018 at the age of 57 with family at his side. His wife Wanda Sue Morgan Rand was the love of his life for 21 years. His children are Christine, Amanda, Kimmie, Stuart, Darian, Casandra, Layne, Angelina and Kylie. There are too many people to list that Jim and Wanda gave a roof, food, clothing, and love to that had no family or resources. Other surviving family are his mother Jean Rand, brother Steve (Eddi) Rand, sister Lori (Ken) Freeman, mother in law Sammie Morgan, Grandchildren: Angelina, Braden, Steven, Keegan, Kaydince, Athena, Noah, Ava and Aydon. Jim lived his childhood in Spokane. After high school, he joined the Air Force. While there he guarded the President of the US and his wife: Ronald and Nancy Reagan. Jim also attended Spokane Community College and was a painter for 15 years. He loved to spend time with his family at the Oregon coast and Snake River camping trips. He attended many sporting events for his children: football, basketball, baseball, softball fishing and hunting. Jim has a nephew surviving: Chris (Katie) Rand, their children: Stella and Reagan; Niece: Michaela Freeman and her daughters: Aria and Alyssa. A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held Saturday July 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at 1110 Rand Lane in Ritzville, WA 99169 with Pastor George Smith and his wife sweet Mary.
